Quality features: Due to its composition and additives, Agip GR MU / EP has excellent load bearing capacity and excellent film strength. The high-viscosity base oil used for the production contributes significantly to the improvement of the high-pressure properties, so that a sufficient lubricating film is also present in the field of boundary lubrication. Suitable antioxidants allow high thermal stability. Sufficient anticorrosion additives significantly enhance the rust-inhibiting properties. Applications: Agip GR MU / EP 2/3 are used as extreme pressure greases especially for rolling or sliding bearings with very high loads at normal and high temperatures as well as for lubrication points with a high starting friction. They retain their consistency even with changing temperatures and loads. They have a very good stability against water influences and are therefore also suitable for use in humid environments. Their stable lubricating film formation makes them particularly suitable for a wide range of impact load applications such as rolling mill stands, stone crushers, vibrating screens, excavators, mills, crushers, calenders, eccentric presses, processing equipment and crushers. As universal greases with EP additives, they can be used in the respective NLGI class wherever reliable lubrication is required under extreme pressure conditions. GR MU / EP 1 is, in addition to the above properties, particularly suitable for use in automatic lubricators requiring NLGI class 1 grease because of its good pumping performance. GR MU / EP 0 is an EP gear grease for use in high loaded spur gears , Bevel gear, worm and similar industrial gearboxes. It can also be used where fats are prescribed in accordance with the MAN works standard 283 LiPo 0. A mixture of fats of different soap bases should be avoided in order to preserve the special properties. When selecting the product, observe the manufacturer's instructions.
